- Operation Steps:
1. Positioning: Move the filling head arm to align it above the drum mouth.
2. Initiation: Press the [Start] button on the handle to start the filling process.
3. Automatic Tare Weight Deduction: The filling head automatically inserts into the drum, deducting the tare weight of the empty drum.
4. Filling: Open the filling valve to accurately fill at two speeds.
5. Automatic Lifting: After filling, the filling head automatically lifts from the drum.
6. Drip Tray Movement: The drip tray automatically moves to the bottom of the filling head.
7. Sequential Filling: Move the filling head to fill the second, third, and fourth drums one by one.
8. Sealing: Seal the cap to complete the filling process.
9. Removal: Use a forklift or hydraulic truck to remove the pallet from the weighing platform.
